CANCELLATION & BOOKINGS POLICY
1. Our Afternoon Teas must be booked in advance please, where full payment is required upon booking.
2. It is essential to confirm any special dietary requirements by 20th March please
3. Table timeslots are restricted to 2 hours.
4. 48 hours notice of cancellation is required to receive a full refund
5. For cancellation 24-48 hours notice, there will be a 50% cancellation charge (ie, you will be refunded £13.75 per person)
6. For less than 24 hours notice, we regret strictly no refunds. (For COVID and non-related reasons)
