Our Head Chefs at The Dine-In Club have been working in the food & catering industry for many years. Clive being our Head Chef for Relish Event Caterers currently, has a huge passion for his trade and has provided his culinary skills for the likes of Pavarotti, Nelson Mandela & heads of state. No forgetting the regularly heading of service for 80 plus weddings and VVIP events across Kent, Essex & The South East with the Relish team.

Head Chef Carl has worked alongside many highly respected chefs in the industry including Michel Perraud (former Michelin Star Chef) consistently held accolades in high end 5 & 4 Star boutique hotels & cruise liners ranging from 2 AA rosettes to a Michelin bib. Carl has cooked for VVIP clients such as government officials & for conference parties, he is now enjoying his career in private cheffing. 

Clive & Carl were fortunate enough to share the same mentor head chef in the early stages of their careers in the 1990’s and have worked on many assignments together ever since. Which in turn over the years has resulted in smooth harmony and a transparent fine dining experience in any setting.
