If you are looking for something a little different, our stir fries combine a touch of theatre with dishes from around the world. Cooked in front of your guests in our large stir fry pans and served buffet style.

chicken curry, medium hot, served with plain rice and naans

morroccan lamb pilaff
with basmati rice, persian spices, raisins, apricots, coriander & pitta

conchiglie pasta cooked in a cream sauce of majoran and garlic with salmon, smoked salmon, prawns & queen scallops
