Hog Roast

There’s something quintessentially British about hot summer days, pimms no.1, and the spectacle of a whole hog roasting over open coals, fresh strawberries and clotted cream……There’s nothing quite like it!

The menu and service is designed for total informality with just a chef and assistant to cook and carve, salads and side dishes are self service, though additional staff can be provided for plate clearance, canapé and dessert service.
