Be prepared… for Murder.

It’s 1971 and rival Scout and Guide troops have pitched up at Foggy Bottom Field—but someone’s about to earn their final badge. Tensions flare, secrets unravel, and the Beast of Badge Camp might not be the only thing prowling after dark. With stolen mascots, sabotaged sausages, and a deadly case of sibling rivalry, this murder mystery serves lashings of laughter alongside your dinner.

Location: 
Located in the historic house. Access through the large green gates to the house from the car park, to the right of the Miller & Carter restaurant.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. Our murder mystery must be booked in advance, full payment is required upon booking
    2. Please use your party name as payment reference
    3. For group bookings please nominate one lead person. Relish will communicate with this nominated person only  
    4. This event is for over 18’s only
    5. Menu items are subject to change
    6. Relish endeavour to start food service at 7.30pm and will encourage guests to take their seats from 7.15pm to allow this to happen. Guests are encouraged to arrive with plenty of time to purchase drinks from the bar and take their seats by this time. Drinks pre orders can be taken and pre-paid for by contacting a member of the sales team prior to the event.
    7. Relish will endeavour to seat large groups on one table, however, reserves the right to split groups and locate smaller tables in the vicinity of each other for comfort and safety
    8. Smaller group bookings will be allocated to sit with another group booking
    9. Seating plans are arranged prior to the event to allow for a fast and efficient food service on the night, should guests not sit in their allocated seats it is unlikely they will receive the food they have pre ordered.
    10. Relish must be informed of any dietary requirements no later than Friday 27th February
    11. Strictly no alcohol is permitted to be brought onto the premises. A fully stocked bar is available. We operate a Challenge 25 policy at the bar
    1. In the event you are unable to attend the evening
      1. Cancellations received in writing up to 4 weeks (Friday 20th March) in advance will be refunded in full. Any cancellations received later than 3 weeks prior to the date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 
      2. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the date will be non-refundable.
      3. We regret that strictly no refunds will be given for an cancellations received after this time. (For COVID and non-related reasons)
    1. In the event of circumstances arising which are beyond Relish’s control and which render impracticable performance by Relish of its published obligations, Relish will seek to make alternative arrangements to the equal value. This includes, but are not limited to, a change of performer/entertainer to published, change of menu.
    2. In no event shall Hall Place be liable for consequential damages of any nature for any reason whatsoever. The circumstances referred to include (but are not limited to) damage to, or destruction of, Hall Place/ Relish property (whether by fire or otherwise), breakdown of machinery, failure of supply of electricity, strike, labour, dispute, accident, act of war, act of God, fire flood, extreme weather or other emergency condition
