our prices are quoted on 100 guests attending. We are delighted to cater for smaller numbers, where a sliding scale of surcharges are applicable. Price on application.
what is included?
all barbecue menus are quoted inclusive of the following as standard;
disposable plates and serviettes
disposable cutlery
buffet table(s) and white linen tablecloth(s)
barbecue chef and/or assistant (min. 2 staff)
7ft gas barbecues
flexibility...
the general rule is ... there are no rules!!! All our menus are totally flexible so that individual items can be added or substituted to suit your personal requirements. You can even design your own menu on which we will be happy to quote.
special dietary requirements...
we can cater for any special dietary requirements such as vegetarian, gluten free and diabetic provided exact numbers are known in advance.
alternative childrens’ menus can be catered for at a reduced price.
times...
as a general rule our staff will aim to be on site approximately 1-2 hours before your guests are due to eat and will cook and serve for a period of up to one and a half hours from an agreed start time. Any remaining food will be plattered and left on the buffet table for your guests to eat at their leisure (NB. It is unwise to leave unrefrigerated for over three hours, especially during warm weather).
bad weather?... (pah!, we laugh in the face of bad weather!)
Plan for the worst, hope for the best is our motto! Ok, so the weather’s not looking too good. Provided your guests are warm and dry, that’s all matters!! Our renowned heroic all weather barbecuing feats mean that with the aid of a bit of shelter, perhaps even a gazebo, we can continue to cook outside until service time, then all food is transferred undercover to serve from the buffet table. No problem!
a word about patios and decking...
Please advise us in advance if you wish us to cook on your patio or decking area. Whilst we can take precautions against grease/oil marks by using coconut matting, we cannot accept liability for any damage caused.
