You’ve check out the website, you like what you see, so what happens next? This is the general plan of action:
- meeting arranged to discuss all of your requirements
- quotation outlining menu, running order & service requirements
- to secure the date, you will need to pay a deposit and return a signed copy of our terms & conditions
- 1-3 weeks prior to the event, confirmation of final numbers, dietary needs and running order required.
- if possible,1-2 days prior to the event, china, cutlery, glassware & kitchen equipment delivered to site
- on the day of the event, food, chefs & foodservice team arrive on site at pre-determined time.
- china, cutlery and glasses removed on night (if possible) and heavy duty equipment & linen collected post event.
Inevitably, there is a lull between the time of booking and the event itself. During this period, we are available for advice and assistance. If we appear to be cool, calm & collected, it’s because we are - we know what we are doing!
