In 1983 Chris Bowden founded Christopher Anthony Catering working from a small kitchen above a hire shop in Dartford.
25 years on, times have changed dramatically and 2009 beckons a new dawn for the company. Our name change to RELISH signals a new era, a fresh image, and a new approach, but still maintaining the same ideals and principles on which the company was first founded, providing innovative food and great service whilst maintaining excellent value for money, still apply today.
In 2009, the company is still based in Dartford, but working from 2000 sq ft of office & warehouse space, combined with 1000sq ft production kitchen boasting first class preparation facilities.
During this period, Chris has built a very capable, enthusiastic, and hard working team around him, dedicated to making every event a success, whilst always maintaining a 'hands-on' approach. In short... big enough to cope, small enough to care.
